Ginger Gambill Nursery Care Coordinator
Ginger Gambill has served on church staff for over 20 years. She has been a member of First Church since 1990 and on staff as nursery coordinator since 1994. She has been married for 45 years and has two adult sons who grew up at First Church. During the week, Ginger works as a research assistant in the Drug Development Division for Southern Research. When she’s not working, Ginger enjoys reading, outdoor adventures, and traveling. She doesn’t have a favorite college team but always roots for the underdog! Her favorite vacation destination is a visit to any of the National Parks. Ginger’s favorite part of First Church is working in the nursery. Rocking, cuddling, and playing with the youngest members of First Church helps to relieve the stress she feels from working in a very challenging and demanding science career.
